Lionel Messi’s Football Club Paris Saint Germain has suspended Messi for two weeks unpaid for his unauthorized trip to Saudi Arabia. A person close to the developments verified the news to Associated Press(AP). Messi had travelled to Saudi Arabia without the club’s authorization and has paid the price for the same now. Though the length of the suspense has not been specified. French Media shared it as of two weeks. Consequently, Messi is anticipated to miss at least the next two games for PSG.
The Argentinian World champion player will not be allowed to train or play in the match during the suspension period. Before PSG had denied Messi’s request to travel to Saudi. Messi has a deal with Saudi Arabia to encourage tourism in the Middle Eastern Country.
