The IPL 2023 has now started to reach a crucial stage. The game will now be more intense as the teams will now be entering the playoffs, as of now none of the teams has made a space in the playoffs. The teams are playing on the verge of in & out of the playoffs or tournament. Team standings are as follows:

Gujarat Titans:

Achieving 16 points from 11 matches that they have played so far, Gujarat Titans are at the top of the IPL 2023 teams table and probably get into the playoffs for the second consecutive season. If they manage to win 1 match out of the 3 they will make their way in the playoffs.

Chennai Super Kings:

CSK has 13 points from 11 matches, with 2 wins in the remaining 3 matches will grant them entry into the playoffs but if they win just 1 game of the 3 they will have to depend on the results of other teams as well.

Mumbai Indians:

Mumbai Indians have achieved the number 3 position in the team standings. If they win the 3 matches, they will get their position in the playoffs if they win 2 then they will be dependent on the results of other teams as well.

Lucknow Super Giants:

They have achieved 11 points from 11 matches, a confirmed entry into the playoffs would mean winning all 3 matches, anything less, they will have

Rajasthan Royals:

The game is straightforward for RR, 3 wins in the matches will mean they will continue in the tournament, anything less & they will be out unless any 1 of the top 4 teams loses points.

Kolkata Knight Riders:

The situation is not much different from RR, KKR also has the same 10 points from 11 matches. And to qualify for playoffs they need to win all 3 matches. The next three matches are with RR, CSK & LSG & all of them are in the race for the top 4, a defeat would mean the end of the IPL 2023 journey for KKR.

Royal Challengers Bangalore:

Having 10 points from 11 matches & a net run-rate of -0.345 RCB stands at 7th place in the team standing table. They need to win the 3 matches & also hope that the other teams do not collect the crucial 16 points to qualify for the 2023 IPL playoffs.

Punjab Kings:

Apart from winning the three matches & gaining 16 points, they have to win the matches with large margins & also depend on the result of other teams as well.

Sunrisers Hyderabad:

They have 4 matches in hand & will have to win them all to gain an entry in the playoffs, but they are also depending on the results of the other teams as well.

Delhi Capitals:

Being at the bottom of the team’s standings they need to win all 4 matches & they are also depending on the standings of other teams as well to qualify for the playoffs.
