On the day before the start of the IPL 2023 tournament, a photoshoot was held at Narendra Modi Stadium featuring the captains with the tournament trophy.
However, the photoshoot did not include Mumbai Indians’ captain Rohit Sharma, and Sunrisers Hyderabad was represented by Bhuvneshwar Kumar instead of Aiden Markram, who will join the team on April 3. Additionally, while Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis was present, he did not wear the team jersey during the photoshoot.
