Sunil Gavaskar was described as a “harsh man” by former Australia opener Matthew Hayden after the latter made a comment regarding Shubman Gill’s injury during the third Test match against Australia in Indore. Gavaskar had commented about Gill receiving therapy in between games, saying, “This could have waited. This could have been postponed until the very last over.”
