PV, a two-time Olympic medalist in shuttle, Sindhu dropped three places to 15th in the current Badminton World Federation (BWF) women’s singles rankings.

Sindhu fell out of the top ten in the world rankings a few months ago. The 27-year-old has 51,070 points from 13 tournaments so far. Sindhu was just eliminated in the second round of the Indonesian Open 2023.
