Manchester United announced on Tuesday that attacker Anthony Martial will miss the FA Cup final against Manchester City due to injury.
The France international suffered a hamstring injury in United’s final Premier League encounter of the season, a 2-1 win against Fulham, as they finished third with 75 points.
“Assessments have revealed a muscle tear that leaves the 27-year-old out of the Wembley clash,” the club said in a statement.

Martial scored nine goals in 29 appearances for Manchester United this season, but he was limited by a series of ailments.
Only 11 of his 21 league games have come off the bench, but he had hoped to be in position to start versus City, who are chasing a triple of the Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League.
