
The third T20 game between India and New Zealand ended with a tie result due to rain. India scored 75/4 in 9 overs while chasing 161 for a win, in the meanwhile, sudden rain hit the match, and finally, the third t20 between the two ended in a tie following the DLS method. Earlier, India lost the wicket of Ishan Kishan, Rishab Pant, Shreyas Ayer, and Suryakumar Yadav. Hardik Pandya was standing on an unbeaten 30 off 18 balls.
Though the third match ended in a tie, but India won the series 1-0 as they registered their first victory against the Kiwis on Sunday at Bay Oval in the second match of three matches series. The first game was abandoned due to rain.
Mohammed Siraj and Arshdeep Singh took 4 wickets each as India bundled out New Zealand for 160. Devon Conway (59 off 49 balls) and Glenn Phillips (54 off 33 balls)hit the scintillating fiftiesfor their team, while the Indian national team died in his show bowling. Earlier, India had struck early as Ashdeep Singh sacked Finn Allen and sacked Mark Chapman blaming Siraj. Previously, New Zealand won the toss and chose to bat first in their third and final T20I at McLean Park in Napier.
India will have three ODIs as part of their tour of New Zealand. The first ODI will be played between the two on Friday, November 25. Later the sides will play the second ODI on Sunday, November 27. The final game will be held on Wednesday, November 30 at Haygel Oval. All ODI will start at 7:00 am.
