The International Cricket Council (ICC) has confirmed that the World Test Championship (WTC) final between India and Australia will be played with the Dukes ball, which is commonly used in English conditions.

According to previous rumours, the final would be played with a red Kookaburra ball. In Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe, Kookaburra balls are regularly used for Tests.
