be used as a good backup option behind the stumps. “I’ll see how Rahul feels because KL isn’t someone who likes to play cricket in Test because it’s a completely different ballgame. But I’ll keep that in mind. It’s an option that’s very, very viable when KL is ready for ground maintenance,” Karthik said. Karthik then praised Gill for his incredible pitch and stated that he definitely wants to see the 23-year-old batsman in the Playing XI for the WTC Finals.
